Result:
On October 31st, all chandelier factories in China stopped accepting purchase orders until the Chinese New Year.
On November 20, a customer contacted us with a request to place a large order and send it urgently before the onset of the big holiday. He explained that he made the commitment with a large client in one of the regional centers of the Russian Federation.
Although we closed access to such requests, the client was determined to start a new business relationship. So we accepted the order. We were able to produce and ship the goods completely at the beginning of January without any problems, which allowed the customer to start a fruitful cooperation with a new client.
