How a Chinese agent deceived a Russian Ivan

The client and his problem:

The regional client is a sole proprietor who has been cooperating with a Chinese agent for a long time. However, communication difficulties led to many errors in paperwork and cooperation (the Chinese do not speak Russian well). The additional payments demanded by the Chinese representative, as well as insufficient knowledge of the market situation and the lack of negotiation progress with interesting manufacturers, were very straining. The Chinese agent charged hidden fees from factories. Therefore, the client could not get a better price.

Our customer decided to change a partner in China as he couldn’t find a suitable supplier or provide favorable conditions for cooperation.

We were able to quickly find the necessary goods, put the entire official document flow in order and save the client from endless hassle and chaos written in Chinese.
