Result:
The client had been cooperating with the factory for quite a long time, producing their popular and well-selling collection of chandeliers. However, when the borders closed, the factory introduced conditions that had not been previously agreed and approved.
In addition, quality problems arose and costs rose unreasonably. The client put up with this situation for a while, but eventually he was made to accept changes in conditions and prices. Having spoken with the manager of the Russian business partner, we suggested that we transfer all production operations to us in order to avoid quality problems and at the same time offer a discount on the current price list.
After careful consideration, the client chose our solution because he was convinced of our successful experience in this market for many years. He trusted that we would be honest and flexible in our dealings, as well as willing to compromise when necessary.
Since then the client has been successfully selling his product matrix so far without any problems or unexpected changes in the terms of cooperation.
