We had to produce and send a large consignment of new products for Leroy Merlin at very short notice

Large fines for the supplier and loss of contracts.

- Strict control of each stage of production
- Quality control of all incoming components
- Additional inspection of parts during assembly on the line

- Final inspection of the finished product by the customer's inspector
Result:
As a result of production, no problems were found. The goods were ready for shipment. However we opened a few more boxes after a while and found a serious defect in the lampshades.
We found out this was 100% due to the fact that the shades are made of PVC film and fabric. When these materials are superimposedб a deformation in the form of a line is formed on the material, which is invisible and appears after a certain time, so no one noticed.
The defect is controversial, as most ordinary buyers would not notice it. But we were ready to provide additional ceiling lights for free for those who noticed the defect.
An ordinary Chinese factory would have kept silent about this as usual.
On the contrary, we sent all the photos to the client's head office and reported that the whole consignment had defects. So we got a reasonable response to fix it. We agreed and paid 40,000 rmb. We fixed the consignment in a matter of days.
New items with high quality and affordable prices successfully entered the network. Our client appreciated the network for its quality, speed of decision-making and expanded its range in a large retail chain.
